SHIPPING POLICY

We ship all express orders through Fedex , if you place order before 2;30pm M-F order will ship out same day. If you select 3-5 business days orders are shipped through USPS , processing time is 2 business days , then you will receive tracking and hair will arrive 2-3 days after.

 

                                                                                          OUR RETURN POLICY

NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES ONLY NO EXCEPTIONS. We exercise a very strict quality control process to ensure that our clients receive only the best virgin hair. The items must be mailed for exchange in its original condition. We will not accept any merchandise that is not in its original condition. The returned item must be unopened, unaltered, unworn, undamaged and all tags and packaging must be included.
If you want to exchange an item you will need to email our customer service at royaldiamondhair@yahoo.com
We will not accept any merchandise that has been used or altered (brushed, combed, picked, cut, or washed).
Items meeting the above conditions may be returned within 3 days of receiving your product.  Also when ordering do an opening package video to ensure everything is there and correct or no refund will be issued.
